Temporary living and working in Vienna: in your home at the Naschmarkt

Step into your exclusive flat in Vienna.

Enjoy the vibrant heart of the Austrian capital from your own temporary home, just a stone’s throw from the famous Naschmarkt. Our charming apartment provides the ideal base for your stay in this fascinating city. You can rent our fully renovated and comfortable flat on a monthly basis.

Are you in Vienna on business for a longer period of time and want to feel at home and independent? Or do you want to enjoy all the advantages of the most liveable city in the world while working from home undisturbed for a longer period of time to complete a project? There are many reasons for temporary living in Vienna. No matter what your reasons are: at Naschmarkt-Living you will find your ideal home for temporary living in Vienna. Look forward to freshly renovated, newly furnished and fully equipped 63 square metres at Esterházygasse 4 in Vienna’s 6th district.

The flat has wifi so that you can work undisturbed. The flat is designed for use by a maximum of two adults plus optionally up to 2 children.

And one of the very special features of our flat: you can use the underground car park in the building’s own duplex garage. This saves you enormous additional costs for a parking space in the public area (€2.50/h).

We invite you to take a video tour of the apartment here. If you are interested, simply send us a short e-mail to stay@naschmarkt-living.com with the desired rental period and we will be happy to send you a non-binding offer. But now it’s time to step inside!

Here you can see the spacious and bright living room. In addition to a dining area, there is a cosy, colourful sofa that can be folded out and used as an additional sleeping area, two comfortable armchairs with a footstool for relaxing hours. The new, modern TV with streaming function promises entertainment just the way you like it. A standing desk enables a varied, ergonomic home office.
We have gone to great lengths to implement this mix of eating, living, working and relaxing in a versatile way and to incorporate cosiness for all situations. Wait until evening and you can enjoy the inbuilt starry sky of the living room lamp!

You sleep in a king-size double bed, a new box-spring bed. Two bedside cabinets provide storage space in the evening. The bedside lamps are the technical highlight: they have two built-in USB ports. Both the lamps and the ceiling lamp are dimmable. The large wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes of all kinds. There are hangers for tops, dresses and trousers. The windows (like all windows in the flat) have internal blinds. The windows can also be darkened with the curtains. Bed linen is provided. On request, we also offer to change and clean the bed linen once a week.

In a country with a strong coffee culture, a high-quality coffee machine is a must. In our fully equipped kitchen, you will of course also find a great fully automatic coffee machine for whole beans. And if you prefer a cup of tea, you can use the teapot with built-in tea strainer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven and dishwasher, crockery, glasses and numerous cooking and baking utensils. There is also a microwave for quick meals. The fridge is large and offers plenty of space. The same applies to the freezer compartment. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen for your stay. There is a clothes hanger and an ironing board with iron in the flat.

We have equipped the kitchen as extensively as we would for ourselves. Nothing should be missing. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are a few glimpses of the kitchen cupboards.

The bathroom is spacious and offers plenty of room for all your utensils. A large mirror cabinet with light ensures a successful check of your perfect look. We have deliberately chosen to use the beautiful large bathtub (instead of a shower), as in addition to a quick shower, a great bath simply offers a bit of luxury and relaxation. Of course, we also provide you with towels, as well as the initial supply of toilet paper.

With family roots and many years of working in Vienna, we have fallen in love with this city. The diversity of art and culture, the culinary delights, the impressive history that can still be seen and felt on every corner, the Viennese mentality (certainly takes some getting used to here and there ;), the coffee house culture, the size of the schnitzel, the business location as a gateway between Western and Eastern Europe – all of this impresses us very much. It’s not for nothing that Vienna has been voted the most liveable city in the world for many years.

We would like to share this enthusiasm and offer you our flat, which we have affectionately named ‘Naschmarkt Living’, for your longer stay in Vienna. With us, you will find the personality and a friendly, unbureaucratic contact person that makes renting a furnished flat privately so special. And you get the professionalism of equipment, cleanliness and service as well as your freedom and independence with full feel-good charm.

If you fancy all kinds of inside tips on well-deserved, good food and great experiences after a busy day, then visit our Instagram channel. There you’ll find information on sights and culture (just browse through our ‘Followed’ list), highlights in the ‘Things to do’ section and it should be easy to guess what you’ll find in the ‘Hunger?’ section. The information will continue to grow, we’ve only just begun. Because there is sooo much to see – and to eat 🙂

We look forward to your visit!

Sincerely,
Silke and Andreas Mathiak
