Everything you need to know about renting and our services
Your rent
We rent out our flat for your professional stay in Vienna for a period of 1 to 6 months.
The monthly rent is €2,200 per month.
Your inclusive services
The rental price naturally includes the costs for electricity, heating, water and internet. You can also look forward to the following inclusive benefits and services:
The fee for the parking space in the duplex underground car park in the building is included in the rent! Please note: the maximum car height is 1.50 metres. (There are also parking spaces on the public roads around the house, but these are subject to a charge: on weekdays Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm, one hour costs €2.50. You can find more information here: https://www.wien.gv.at/verkehr/parken/kurzparkzonen/)
The rent also includes two sets of towels and bed linen per person. The flat has a washing machine so that you can change and wash the laundry yourself. If you would like us to do this for you, you are welcome to book this service (see below: Bookable additional services). In addition, we provide you with 3x toilet paper, bin bags, 2x dishwasher tablets, a dishcloth and a tea towel to get you started.
The flat has a comprehensive range of cleaning equipment so that you can quickly vacuum and mop. We also offer you the service of a basic cleaning of the flat once a month. If you are interested in a weekly cleaning, you can book this in addition (see below: Bookable additional services)
Additional costs
We charge €175 for the final cleaning after your check-out. If the flat is very dirty, we charge €50 per additional cleaning hour.
Security deposit
Before your stay with us, we ask you to transfer half a monthly rent of €1,100 as a deposit, which you will of course receive back from us on check-out if the flat is in good condition. Details are regulated in the rental contract for your and our security.
Restrictions
The flat is designed for a maximum of 2 adults plus optionally 2 children. More people are not allowed to stay here, even temporarily.
This is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
In addition, we are a pet-free household and therefore ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in the flat.
We have one big request for you: We have furnished ‘Naschmarkt Living’ with a lot of love and ask you to appreciate the inventory and the flat. You are renting this furnished flat in Vienna. We would be delighted if you would treat the flat as if it were your own: which it practically is for the duration of your stay. Please do not damage anything wilfully or treat the furnishings without care. Should something be defective or broken, which can happen, please inform us personally by e-mail or telephone +49 163 1541633. We must and will charge you for any damage that is not customary. Details are regulated in the rental contract for your and our safety.
Bookable additional services
You can book the following services for your stay in ‘Naschmarkt Living – temporary living in Vienna’:
- weekly linen change for max. 2 persons (towels, bath mat, bed linen, tea towel): 15€. You remove the bed linen yourself. If you would like the beds to be made by the service provider, this is also possible for an additional charge of €15.
- Additional bed linen per child 8€
- Weekly cleaning of the flat, standard cleaning (without windows, oven, cupboards inside etc.): 65€
Accessibility of the flat
The flat is located on the first floor of the building and can be reached without steps via a lift, even from the underground car park. The flat itself is barrier-free. However, the bathroom only has a bathtub, so shower access is not possible at ground level.
